Important Notice:

Standard deliveries don't happen on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
Craftroots will usually accept and ship the order within 2-3 working days. The usual time of delivery from the time of dispatching the order is 5-7 working days. The delivery is subject to any unforeseen reasons beyond the company's control and the Company shall reserve right to cancel the order in such circumstances.

SOUK Orders (Domestic & International):
Our Craftroots team will directly communicate shipping rates for SOUK orders. Note: These rates don't apply to SOUK products.

Enjoy free shipping for domestic orders above INR 3,000.
For orders under INR 3,000, shipping rates start from INR 150 & the rates vary on factors like product size, volume, packaging, and destination. Final charges are visible at checkout after providing your shipping address.
Deliveries go to the address recorded at checkout.
All orders are processed at our warehouse in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Furniture and chandeliers are excluded from free shipping.

After shipping, tracking number details and shipping agency information will be emailed to you.
Track orders using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner's website or our website's "Order Status" section.
Delivery attempts: three times. No refunds if returned after three attempts. Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
Ensure a complete shipping address with zip code and a mobile number for smooth delivery.
