How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Once we receive your returned item and complete the quality inspection, your Store Credit will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Exchanges are available only if:


  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a size issue (where applicable).

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

    All return and exchange requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery and are subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Are there any shipping costs?

Orders below ₹3,000 are charged a shipping fee of ₹150. Enjoy free shipping on all orders of ₹3,000 and above.

Can I still change my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a change or cancellation, please email us at support@craftroots.com or call us at +91 98751 86267 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to e-commerce@craftroots.com and we will contact the shipping company.
