Refund Policy
- If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria mentioned under Return & Exchange Policy.
- If, in the rare instance, exchange isn't possible, we'll issue a credit note sent to the registered email address or the one used during the purchase.
- The credit note is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.
General Terms & Condition:
- Once the orders is confirmed and shipped, they cannot be cancelled or amended.
- Products bought during sale periods or with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased before a sale cannot be exchanged during the sale period.
- Items bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa.
- No refunds if the customer provides a wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- No refunds if there are 3 failed delivery attempts or if the package is refused by the recipient.
- No refunds for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty mandated by the respective country and doesn't collect the order from the Shipping agency.
- Ensure the delivered package is in good condition and not tampered with before signing off acceptance.
- In case of a damaged package, keep the original packaging, price tags, invoices, labels, etc. until our team reviews it. Write "Received Damaged" on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
