Returns & Exchange

At Craftroots, we hold ourselves to the highest quality standards and take great care in our deliveries. If, by any chance, your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, here's a comprehensive guide to our return and exchange policy:

Eligibility Criteria for Return:

  1. To initiate a return, you need to:
  2. We'll take care of the reverse pick-up for you.
  3. After the package is delivered to our warehouse and the product is confirmed to be in good condition, a credit note will be provided within 3 to 7 working days.
  4. The credit note is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.
  5. Make sure to:
    • Keep the price tag intact.
    • Retain the original packaging.
    • Keep the product in its original condition.
  6. Please note that items not meeting the specified criteria will be returned to you.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange:

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange under the following criteria:

  • Craftroots garments can be exchanged for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery, provided the original packaging and tags are intact, and the product is unused.
  • Unused footwear is eligible for exchange. Worn soles from trials must be on a carpeted surface.
  • Home decor products can be exchanged if they have a quality/manufacturing defect or are delivered broken.
  • Exclusions include sale/discounted items, accessories, jewelry, customized products, special bulk orders, international orders, and online-purchased gifts.

Exchange Process:

  1. If your purchase meets the exchange criteria:
    • Contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery through a call or email.

    • Email at support@craftroots.com
    • Provide necessary details for damage/quality issues.
    • For garment size exchange, mention the purchased size, the size issue, and the new size requirement
  2. Our team will investigate and respond within 2 working days.

Quality Issue/Defect Exchange:

  1. Pack the product in its original packaging with all inclusions.
  2. A reverse pick-up will be arranged.
  3. After inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched or a credit note issued for the full amount.
  4. Our credit notes can be used on our website and in stores.

Size Exchange of Garments:

  1. Pack the product in its original packaging.
  2. Send it to our address provided.
  3. After inspection, a new item will be sent, and you'll cover the shipping costs.
  4. In case of no replacement, a credit note will be issued after deducting initial shipping charges.
  5. Please note: Size exchanges are not applicable for sale/discounted purchases or customized orders.
